Everything we do at The Shepherd’s Compass exists for one purpose: to glorify Jesus Christ by helping people know His Word, grow in their faith, and become mature followers of Jesus Christ. Our mission defines why we exist, while our vision points us toward the future God is calling us to pursue. Together they shape every Bible study we teach, every resource we create, and every person we seek to encourage.
